Having worked as an industrial and organisational psychologist in the area of talent selection, assessment and development, Ee Wan appreciates the importance of continuous learning and development. She is curious about understanding how adults learn and why they do not learn from various experiences, and is keen to find ways to support people in their development. In her free time, she enjoys creating things with her hands, dancing, and tinkering on the piano.
