Growth mindsets have been found to benefit students’ learning and well-being, especially among those who are academically at risk. I am interested in understanding the heterogeneity of mindsets and motivations in Eastern educational settings. By identifying the optimal conditions under which mindsets/motivations work best, I aspire to promote equity through my research in psychology. I support equitable access to research.
